Job summary

Arcis E Services requires an experienced Relationship Manager specializing in NBFC/Home Loan, LAP and Mortgage products. You will source business, manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams and drive monthly disbursement and revenue targets.

The role involves building a network with DSAs, brokers and channel partners, handling end-to-end loan sales from lead generation to sanction and disbursement, and ensuring KYC/compliance as per policy.

Qualifications

2 years of relevant NBFC/HFC/Mortgage experience.
Experience in Home Loans, LAP or Mortgage Loans is preferred.
Knowledge of property documentation, income assessment, credit processes, and loan documentation.
Experience working with DSA/channel partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

Source new business through DSA, connectors, builders, brokers, and direct customer channels.
Generate leads for Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, and related secured lending products.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.
Collect and verify customer and property-related documents.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Collection teams for processing.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, DSAs, brokers, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
Develop new market areas and expand the customer and channel-partner network.
Ensure proper KYC and adherence to policies.
Track applications and provide regular updates to customers and management.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with strong experience in NBFC/Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage products. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing business, managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving monthly disbursement and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience

2 years of relevant experience in NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), Banks, or Mortgage Finance.
Prior experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, or Secured Business Loans preferred.
Good knowledge of property documentation, income assessment, credit processes, and loan documentation.
Experience working with DSA/channel partners will be an advantage.
Strong sales, negotiation, customer-handling, and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
