Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience in Home Loans or Banking sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive field sales approach to achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct sales, references, DSAs, and market sourcing.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend loan products.

We are hiring Relationship Managers for Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) products with a leading financial services organization.

The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, lead generation, and driving disbursements for Home Loan and LAP products across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct sales, references, DSAs, connectors, and market sourcing.
• Identify and acquire customers for Home Loan and LAP products.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, property dealers, and other channel partners.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Candidates with experience in field sales / relationship management / direct sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of the local Delhi NCR market.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
• Candidates with an existing network of DSAs, builders, property dealers, or customers will have an advantage.
