Generate leads through field visits, references, direct marketing, and other sources.Meet prospective customers and understand their financial and housing requirements.Explain home loan and related financial products to customers.Collect and verify required customer documents.Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for loan processing.Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and other business partners.Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.Ensure proper customer service and resolve customer queries.Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.Candidate Profile
