Job summary

TestHiring, a smart online candidate evaluation platform, is seeking a remote sales executive to source and convert customers for Personal Loans, Business Loans and LAP through direct sales, referrals and channel partners.

You will generate leads, manage relationships, coordinate with credit and operations, and drive monthly targets while ensuring quality applications and strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in NBFC, bank, fintech, retail lending, DSA, or financial services sales.
• Experience in PL/BL/LAP or other retail/SME lending products preferred.
• Strong field sales and lead-generation skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of local market and customer base is an advantage.

Responsible for sourcing and converting customers for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and market activities. The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, documentation, coordination with credit/operations teams, and achieving monthly business targets.
