Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager Sales. You will drive sales targets, pitch membership plans, and manage relationships with new and existing members.

The role involves heavy client interactions, events, and incentives aligned with strong performance. Hybrid/field sales environment in India with travel allowances and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in direct sales/field sales/hospitality/timeshare/insurance-direct sales/banking sales/real estate/telecom (postpaid)/high-ticket size products.
• Strong communication and convincing skills required.
• Able to meet customers face-to-face during events and be target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain daily sales reports of meetings, presentations, and closures.
• Pitch membership plans to customers & prospects and generate leads.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective customers.
• Handle objections, close sales, and support in booking first-time holidays for new members.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing members and seek referrals.

Designation - Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager Sales

Salary - Up to 5.5 LPA + Unlimited Incentives + Bonus + Travel Allowance

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain daily sales reports of meetings, presentations, and closures. Attend corporate activities, promotional events to pitch Keystone.

Need assessment & pitch membership plans to customers & prospects.

Generate leads through self-sourcing, Self references, and existing customer network. Meet prospective customers F2F by scheduling appointments and conducting presentations.

Convince and close sales by handling customer objections and queries. Provide necessary support in booking first time holiday for new members and generate quality referrals from them Maintain relationships with existing members and generate referrals from them.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 Months of experience in direct sales / Field sales / Hospitality / Timeshare / insurance-Direct Sales / Banking sales / Real Estate / Telecom (Postpaid) / High Ticket size products. Strong communication and convincing skills.

Adept in field sales, and customer meetings Face-to-Face during events. Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

Graduate in any discipline.
