Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a field sales professional to drive Home Loans (HL) and Loans Against Property (LAP). You will generate leads through DSAs, builders, and referrals, and meet customers to assess needs and explain loan options and required documents.

You will guide customers through the loan process, ensure complete documentation, and coordinate with operations/credit for timely disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and sales for Home Loans (HL) and Loans Against Property (LAP) through direct sales, DSAs, builders, and referrals.
• Meet potential customers, understand their financial needs, explain loan products, eligibility, and required documentation.
• Guide customers through the loan process, ensure complete and quality documentation, and coordinate with operations/credit teams for timely disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (builders, connectors) and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor loan accounts, manage early delinquencies, and work to keep NPAs to a minimum.
• Upsell/cross-sell other banking products like insurance or gold loans.

• Sales & Processing: Guide customers through the loan process, ensure complete and quality documentation, and coordinate with operations/credit teams for timely disbursement.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with channel partners (builders, connectors) and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor loan accounts, manage early delinquencies, and ensure minimal Non-Performing Assets (NPAs)
• Cross-Selling: Upsell/cross-sell other banking products insurance or gold loan.
