• Deliver Sales Training - Classroom and Field.

• Support FLS Manpower to achieve Business Targets.
• Continuous interaction with channel partners.
• Map key decision makers and share information with superiors.
• Assist in implementing and covering training architecture to ensure learning.

Job Purpose

To impart training to Front Line Sales Force in order to upgrade their job knowledge through the induction and develop their skills through interventions periodically in the areas of recruitment and selling skills workshops.

Key Challenges for the role

• Deliver the required number of stipulated maydays’ to ensure better Training Coverage
• Implementation and coverage of training architecture to ensure desired learning
• Support sales team in building engagement & mind share with distributors

• Aggressively downloading all the RnR activities running by the organisation.

Deliver Sales Training - Classroom and Field

• 1. Communicate any process change or change in any rules and regulations by the help of different training module.
• 2. Monitor progress of RO's on a continuous basis.

Coordinate with the Sales team in the assigned region to standardise learning and identifying the Training Need

Training exposure in financial domain is preferred
