Job summary

Zepto is seeking a Regional Training Manager to drive regional warehouse L&D initiatives, assess training needs, and develop content aligned with business goals in Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics. The role requires 3–8 years of relevant experience and strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

The candidate will coordinate with HR and L&D, manage trainers and vendors, and conduct regional audits to close process gaps through targeted training.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any relevant stream; MBA or Master’s degree completed or pursuing.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
