Job summary

Zepto is seeking a proactive Trainer to identify training needs, develop content, and deliver learning programs that boost employee performance in line with business objectives. The role involves coordinating with HR, L&D teams, and internal/external trainers to ensure impactful programs.

The ideal candidate has a graduate degree plus an MBA or Masters, with 2–4 years of experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics, and strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and drive results

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for Head Office Sales and other departments.

• Create, review, and update training content and manuals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, analyse feedback, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Business Teams, Regional and Central L&D teams.
• Maintain training records, feedback, and MIS.
