Job summary

upGrad is seeking a Trainer to drive onboarding and ongoing training for store teams in Mumbai. The role focuses on product knowledge, customer service, grooming, selling skills, and compelling brand storytelling to elevate customer experiences.

You will support new store openings, identify skill gaps, and coach frontline teams to boost sales performance and engagement. Strong facilitation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 34 years of training experience in Retail or related industries.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with reputed retail brands preferred (Kidswear/Fashion/Lifestyle).
• Prior retail sales experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
