Job summary

Vbeyond Corporation in India (Delhi) is seeking an experienced Training Delivery & Facilitation professional to design, deliver, and tailor training programs across induction, product knowledge and customer experience. You will work with store leadership to identify training needs, build targeted interventions, and coach teams on the floor to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions including induction, brand storytelling, product knowledge, selling skills, and customer experience.
• Conduct upskilling programs aligned with business priorities (e.g., NPS improvement, visual merchandising, product complications, clienteling).
• Support seamless execution of new product launches, retail campaigns, and technology rollouts through structured training interventions.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Regional Heads to identify training needs based on KPIs, mystery audits, and store performance metrics.
• Design and implement targeted interventions for high-potential stores and underperforming team members to drive measurable improvements.
• Provide hands-on floor coaching and one-on-one mentoring to reinforce learning and build behavioral competencies.
• Deliver real-time, constructive feedback and partner with store leadership for ongoing performance development and follow-ups.
• Gather and share on-ground insights to continuously improve central training content and strategies.
• Adapt and localize training delivery based on store formats, team experience levels, and regional customer nuances

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery & Facilitation
