Job summary

Lupin Digital Health in India seeks an Area Manager/Sr. ASM to lead a team of Area Managers and Counsellors, driving subscriptions for a DTx programme among cardiologists and patients.

You will develop relationships with interventional cardiologists, generate patient leads, convert them to subscriptions, and review team performance monthly. The role offers fast growth in a health-tech startup backed by a major healthcare company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ RSM or Sr. ASM experience with people management.
• 10+ years total experience in pharma/devices/DTx.
• Strong cardio-specific network with top interventional cardiologists.
• Fluency in English and regional language.
• Bachelor’s degree; science/engineering/pharmacy preferred.

Job description

End-to-end ownership of business outcomes for LDH in your region.

• Lead a team of Area Managers and Patient Counsellors who will generate business from Cardiologists and patient leads.
• Develop and/or Improve LDHs relationships with cardiologists. Establish the need for, and efficacy of LDHs DTx programme. Address any concerns that cardiologists may have.
• Ensure generation of patient leads and converting those leads into subscriptions of the programme from patients.
• Periodically review performance of team members. Develop and deploy action plans to improve performance.
• Builds alience for Lupin Digital Health amongst cardiologist and patient community in your region.

What we’re looking for:

Someone who can challenge conventional thinking. Someone who’s willing to roll-up up their sleeves and drive results.

• 2-3 years’ experience as RSM (preferred) or Sr. ASM in a pharma/ devices/ DTx co. with people management responsibilities. 10+ years of overall experience.
• Strong track record in the Cardio space with personal connect with top interventional cardiologists of the region. Strong understanding of the interventional cardio landscape of the region.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Articulate with the ability to persuade. Fluency in English and regional language is a must.
• Comfortable with technology – iPad, Laptop, excel, apps etc. Conviction in health-tech.
• Bachelors degree is a must. Science/ Engineering/ Pharmacy degree is preferred.
