Job summary

Realme is seeking a Regional Retail Manager for the East Region in India. The role focuses on driving retail targets across the East, managing channel partners, and ensuring strong product visibility and branding across the market.

You will lead Realme Advisors, oversee deployments and incentives, monitor sales performance, and coordinate with regional and central teams to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced mobile handset environment.

Qualifications

• Masters in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years in retail sales/operations.
• Mobile handset industry experience is essential.
• Experience in distributor management and channel sales.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
• Proven track record of targets and growth.

Job Description - Regional Retail Manager (East Region)

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive regional retail targets (promoter, marketing, promotion and training management) across the East region.
2. Manage retail operations, channel partners, and outlet productivity.
3. Ensure effective merchandising, product visibility, and retail branding.
4. Manage Realme Advisor (RAs), including deployment, productivity, training, and incentives.
5. Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and track competitor activities.
6. Execute retail campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
7. Ensure stock availability, operational efficiency, and cost control.
8. Coordinate with regional sales teams and central retail teams to achieve business objective.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in retail sales, retail operations.
3. Prior experience in the Mobile Handset industry is a must.
4. Strong experience in distributor management, channel sales, retail expansion, and team leadership.
5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and driving business growth.
