Job summary

Astrotalk is seeking a trusted Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of partners. You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth integration into our processes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

You will handle inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, propose timely solutions, escalate when needed, and keep comprehensive records to support seamless operations across teams.

• Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam with strong English communication.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for partners, including conducting screening rounds and interviews to assess suitability and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.


• Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.


• Respond to customer and partner enquiries through calls, chats, and emails while maintaining professional, courteous, and effective communication.


• Understand customer and partner requirements, identify concerns, and provide appropriate solutions, guidance, or assistance in a timely manner.


• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups until successful resolution.


• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, client interactions, resolutions, and updates while delivering excellent support and ensuring seamless operational processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in any one or more languages Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam, along with good communication skills in English.


• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office
