Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound/outbound leads, primarily from Karnataka, to guide patients through our healthcare services
• Communicate clearly and empathetically in Kannada and English
• Build trust and rapport with patients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate internally for smooth end-to-end service delivery
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data and follow-ups
