Job summary

Astrotalk is seeking a dedicated onboarding and partner relations specialist in India. The role focuses on end-to-end onboarding, partner liaison, and proactive support to ensure a smooth engagement lifecycle.

You will engage across calls, chats, and emails, assess partner needs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly, while maintaining meticulous records of interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam with strong English communication.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for partners, including screening rounds and interviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners as the primary contact.
• Respond to customer and partner inquiries via calls, chats, and emails in a professional manner.
• Understand requirements, identify concerns, and provide guidance or solutions promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and interactions.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for partners, including conducting screening rounds and interviews to assess suitability and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Respond to customer and partner enquiries through calls, chats, and emails while maintaining professional, courteous, and effective communication.
• Understand customer and partner requirements, identify concerns, and provide appropriate solutions, guidance, or assistance in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups until successful resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, client interactions, resolutions, and updates while delivering excellent support and ensuring seamless operational processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in any one or more languages Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam, along with good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office
