Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 4–8 years HR experience in NBFC, HFC, MFI, Bank or lending organization.
• Experience hiring frontline sales and operations roles for lending businesses.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR operations.
• Experience managing multi-location HR responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of branch-level HR compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and entry-level positions across Rajasthan and Gujarat.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and drive timely hiring.
• Build and maintain a strong sourcing pipeline through job portals, referrals, consultants and local hiring.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring productivity.
• Support bulk hiring and branch expansion requirements.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Drive early-stage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Act as first point of contact for employee grievances and workplace concerns.
• Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee counseling.
• Maintain HR governance and ensure branch-level compliance and documentation.
• Provide regular HR MIS and updates to regional leadership.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional HR to manage the complete HR function for our operations across Rajasthan and Gujarat. The role will play a critical part in driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, onboarding excellence, and branch-level HR compliance across the region.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an NBFC or lending organization, with strong exposure to hiring frontline and entry-level sales personnel, preferably within MSME Secured Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Affordable Housing, or similar lending businesses.

This is a field-intensive role requiring extensive travel across branches in Rajasthan and Gujarat to support business growth and ensure effective HR governance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and entry-level positions across Rajasthan and Gujarat.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and drive timely hiring.
• Build and maintain a strong sourcing pipeline through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, walk-ins, and local hiring initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring productivity.
• Support bulk hiring and branch expansion requirements.

Employee Onboarding & Induction

• Ensure seamless onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Facilitate induction programs and support new hires through the initial employment lifecycle.
• Drive early-stage employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Employee Relations & HR Operations

• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and workplace concerns.
• Build positive employee relations and foster a healthy work environment across branches.
• Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee counseling activities.
• Partner with regional business leaders to drive employee engagement initiatives.

Branch HR Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory requirements at the branch level.
• Conduct periodic audits of employee records and HR documentation.
• Support compliance related to employee attendance, documentation, onboarding, and separation processes.
• Maintain high standards of HR governance and process discipline across the region.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Regional Business Heads, Cluster Managers, and Branch Managers to provide HR support.
• Enable the business through effective manpower planning and timely HR interventions.
• Provide regular HR MIS and updates to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 4-8 years of HR experience, preferably with an NBFC, HFC, MFI, Bank, or Lending Organization.
• Proven experience in hiring frontline sales and operations roles for lending businesses.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience in managing multi-location HR responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of branch-level HR compliance and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in MSME Secured Loans, LAP, Business Loans, Affordable Housing Finance, Gold Loans, or similar lending segments.
• Exposure to high-volume hiring and branch expansion projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Travel Requirement

• This role requires extensive travel across Rajasthan and Gujarat, with a minimum of 15 travel days per month.
• Candidates must be comfortable travelling frequently to support branch operations, hiring, employee engagement, and compliance activities.
