Job summary

Sindhuja Microcredit Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Zonal HR to oversee recruitment and HR operations from the Noida Head Office.

The role covers UP West, Haryana and Rajasthan, with a span of control of about 500 employees. You must have 8–10 years of experience in the microfinance/MFI sector, proven team leadership, end-to-end recruitment, and strong stakeholder management. Open for branch visits, typically 7–8 visits per month.
