Job summary

Finagle Financial Services is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive aggressive talent acquisition and to build HR foundations in a fast-growing NBFC environment.

You will own end-to-end hiring across Credit, Risk, Collections, Sales and Tech, design core HR policies, implement a full HRMS, and ensure statutory compliance during post-acquisition integration of teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition and core HR operations, preferably NBFC/Fintech/banking.
• Proven success setting up HR processes in a 0-to-1 stage.
• Deep understanding of lending/NBFC profiles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring across Credit, Risk, Collections, Sales, and Tech.
• Design and rollout core HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
• Implement a full-suite HRMS for onboarding, leave, attendance, payroll processing, and exits.
• Ensure 100% statutory labour compliance (PF, ESI, POSH, Gratuity) while managing post-acquisition team integration.
