Job summary

Peoplemint Consultants in Rajasthan seeks a Senior Regional Agribusiness Leader to drive growth by developing regional plans, acquiring new clients, and strengthening farmer and agri-business relationships. You will manage portfolio profitability, asset quality, and lead the regional sales team to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a minimum 12 years in Agri business/banking, MBA preferred, and deep knowledge of the agriculture sector, supply chain, and agri-finance products.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Agriculture, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Agri Business / Agri Banking / Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of the agriculture sector, Agri ecosystem, and supply chain.
• Proven experience in business development, portfolio management, and team leadership.
• Knowledge of Agri-finance products and digital platforms.
