Job summary

Rcpc Bengaluru is seeking a senior procurement lead to manage end-to-end procurement for construction projects. You will drive sourcing, supplier selection, tendering, and contract negotiations to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

The role collaborates with design, engineering, planning, and site teams to optimize value while ensuring compliance with policies and ethical standards. Prior experience in large-scale projects and strong vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• End-to-end procurement leadership for construction projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Procure civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, fire protection, elevators, IT, security systems, and other packages.
• Prepare procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Identify, pre-qualify, and develop vendors and subcontractors.
• Float tenders, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
• Ensure timely procurement and award of work packages without delaying schedules.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve commercial issues.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, statutory requirements and ethics.
