Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a Procurement Head to oversee end-to-end procurement activities in Uttar Pradesh, Dadri. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, forecasting, vendor negotiations, contract management, and BOQ preparation to ensure timely project execution.

The ideal candidate will drive procurement strategies, build supplier relationships, and optimize costs through ERP-enabled processes and cross-functional collaboration across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and forecasting.
• Proficient in negotiating with vendors and evaluating bids.
• Experience in preparing BOQs and obtaining approvals.
• Ability to manage ERP-based procurement processes and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle overall procurement process including strategic sourcing, forecasting, research, and vendor negotiations.
• Create and implement regional procurement strategies.
• Develop procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare BOQs and obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders.
• Evaluate proposals for price and specifications; conduct techno-commercial negotiations.
• Maintain records in the ERP system and monitor work orders/POs.
• Supervise site visits to ensure BOQ compliance and approve contractor/vendor bills.

• Procurement Head will handle overall Procurement process like Strategic sourcing, Forecasting, conduct research, negotiate with vendors, evaluate bids, Analyse data, Develop & implement
• Procurement strategy.Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate
• the growing complexities and challenges within the industry.
• Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Explore profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
• Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry.
• Prepare Block Estimate for all projects.
• Prepare BOQs and get necessary approvals from all stake holders.
• Seek proposals as per BOQs
• Compare proposals for price and specifications
• Techno Commercial Negotiations with vendors to reduce costs
• Review contract specifications on behalf of the company
• Assist in finalization of vendors
• Communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers
