Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical engineering with ability to explain technical specs and designs.
• Sales and business development skills including lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals in an engineering/industrial context.
• Ability to conduct site assessments, interpret drawings and technical documents, and collaborate with engineering and service teams on solution configuration.
• Clear and professional communication for technical presentations and proposal writing with clients and stakeholders.

Role Description

The Refrigeration Sales Engineer will prepare proposals, assist with system design discussions, support pricing and quotation activities, and coordinate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure successful project execution. Day‑to‑day tasks include client meetings, site visits, technical presentations, follow‑up on leads, and maintaining accurate sales and customer records. The role also requires monitoring market trends, providing feedback on product performance, and supporting after‑sales service to maintain strong client relationships.

• Prior experience in refrigeration or HVAC sales, project coordination, or field engineering will be an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site, travel locally for client visits, and manage time effectively in a target‑driven environment.
