Job summary

Fujian Snowman Group Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Service Engineer in India with frequent travel to support refrigeration projects across the region.

The role requires deep knowledge of large-scale refrigeration systems and hands-on experience with commissioning, maintenance, and customer training. You will collaborate with the International Regional Fulfillment & Service Department, handle on-site installations, warranty and post-warranty services, and contribute to safety, quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience in refrigeration-related fields.
• Knowledge of large-scale refrigeration systems (ammonia, fluorine, CO₂) or chemical process systems.
• Familiar with commissioning and maintenance of large-scale refrigeration or chemical processing systems.
• Familiar with screw and piston compressors and their spare parts.
• Strong internal and external communication skills and alignment with corporate culture.
• Proficiency in office software and management tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve task objectives assigned by the International Regional Fulfillment & Service Department.
• Provide installation guidance, commissioning, in-warranty and out-of-warranty services, complaint handling, and customer training.
• Responsible for regional revenue recognition.
• Provide quality feedback, technical support, and coordinate with the Technical Center; ensure on-site safety.
• Execute and feedback on standardization.
• Promote and practice corporate culture.
• Develop service market, execute sales plans, negotiate and sell key regional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Achieve the task objectives assigned by the International Regional Fulfillment & Service Department.
• 2. Perform installation guidance, commissioning, in-warranty and out-of-warranty services, complaint handling, quality issue resolution, difficult technical problem resolution, customer training, and other work for projects and customers within the assigned region.
• 3. Responsible for regional revenue recognition.
• 4. Responsible for quality feedback, technical support, coordination with the Technical Center, on-site safety management, and other related work.
• 5. Responsible for the execution of and feedback on standardization.
• 6. Responsible for promoting and practicing corporate culture.
• 7. Service market development, sales plan execution, negotiation and sales of key projects within the region.

Requirements

• 1.More than 3 years of professional work experience in refrigeration-related fields.
• 2.Knowledge of large-scale refrigeration systems (ammonia, fluorine, CO₂) or chemical process systems and their supporting equipment, knowledge of electrical automation, knowledge of automatic control components and devices, knowledge of business management.
• 3.Familiar with commissioning and maintenance of large-scale refrigeration systems (ammonia, fluorine, CO₂) or chemical process systems and their supporting equipment.
• 4.Familiar with maintenance and assembly of screw compressors and piston compressors. 5.Familiar with functions of various equipment spare parts.
• 6.Good internal and external communication skills,alignment with corporate culture.
• 7.Proficient in office software and management tools.
