Job summary

Ketto & MetaGO Health is offering a Talent Acquisition Internship in Mumbai. You will work with the Talent Acquisition team and multiple departments to support hiring across roles in product, marketing, finance, design, HR, sales, operations, healthcare, doctors, health coaches and more.

You'll learn recruitment end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication, while gaining hands-on experience with data, tools, and AI-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in HR, Business, Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Find great people: Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Speak to candidates: Connect with applicants, conduct initial screening conversations and assess role fit.
• Work with different teams: Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders across departments to understand open positions.
• Keep hiring moving: Schedule interviews, follow-ups and candidate communications.
• Make jobs sound worth applying to: Help create and improve job descriptions and recruitment content.
• Build our employer brand: Contribute ideas for LinkedIn, hiring campaigns and referral initiatives.
• Learn recruitment through data: Maintain recruitment trackers and analyze pipelines, conversions, offers and joining status.
• Experiment with better ways of hiring: Explore recruitment tools, AI and automation to streamline processes.

What You'll Actually Do

• Find great people: Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Speak to candidates: Connect with applicants, conduct initial screening conversations and help us understand whether there is a genuine role fit.
• Work with different teams: Coordinate closely with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple departments to understand open positions and hiring requirements.
• Keep hiring moving: Support interview scheduling, follow-ups, candidate communication and recruitment coordination throughout the hiring process.
• Make jobs sound worth applying to: Help create and improve job descriptions, candidate communication and recruitment content.
• Build our employer brand: Contribute ideas for LinkedIn, hiring campaigns, referral initiatives and other ways of making Ketto & MetaGO Health more visible to great talent.
• Learn recruitment through data: Maintain recruitment trackers and help analyse pipelines, interview conversions, offers, joining status and other hiring metrics.
• Experiment with better ways of hiring: Get exposure to recruitment tools, AI and automation, and help us identify repetitive processes that could be made smarter.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience.

But we'd love someone who is:

• Curious about Talent Acquisition and how businesses hire.
• Comfortable speaking to new people.
• A clear communicator — written and verbal.
• Organised enough to manage multiple candidates and follow-ups.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel.
• Familiar with LinkedIn and professional social platforms.
• Proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership.
• Someone who asks questions instead of waiting for instructions every time.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in HR, Business, Management or a related field.

Previous internship experience in recruitment is helpful, but not mandatory.
