About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Non-Tech positions, with a strong focus on E-commerce, D2C, retail, warehouse, and corporate functions. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, candidate closure, and offer-to-joining skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from manpower requirement to onboarding.
• Handle multiple Tech and Non-Tech vacancies across E-commerce/D2C functions.
• Understand JDs, KRAs, skill requirements, experience, compensation, and hiring timelines with hiring managers.
• Source through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, job portals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate technical/functional skills, communication, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds and ensure timely feedback.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiation, notice periods, joining dates, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, interview feedback, offer status, and joining reports.
• Conduct market mapping and maintain a talent database for future hiring requirements.
