Job summary

Livspace is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our talent acquisition team in hiring top non-IT talent across business functions in Bengaluru.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, source candidates from portals, screen and coordinate interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, manage dashboards, and help build a strong pipeline for current and future needs in a fast-growing e-commerce/home décor company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, D2C, or Startup organizations preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across functions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding.
• Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitor hiring practices.
