Job summary

SV Management Consultants is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring across technical, creative, and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and manage candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will drive talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and contribute to employer branding efforts while meeting tight recruitment timelines across Manufacturing Industries and Service sectors.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding.
• Sourcing using portals, LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and niche platforms.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical fit and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, handle offer negotiations, closures, and joining follow-ups to meet hiring timelines.
• Maintain recruitment tracker.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in hiring events, drives, or campus engagements (if required)

Hands-on recruitment experience in hiring for Manufacturing Industries/ Service Sector. * Impressive experience ( 1 to 6 years) with creative mind and focused.

Senior Recruitment Executives will be considered for suitable higher positions.

Proven experience hiring for Junior, mid to senior-level technical and Commercial roles
