Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in engineering industries within large corporations.
• Prior hiring for EPC, Oil and Gas and/or construction is a must.
• Experience hiring for Middle East is an added value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Talent Sourcing:utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, professional networksand referralsto identify and attract top talent
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, andexpertise ensuring theymeet the specific requirements of each position
• Provide guidance on candidate selection and market trends
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, andhiring practices to develop effective recruitment strategies
• Provide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs including project and mass hiring
