Job summary

Skillventory in Mumbai seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to drive bulk recruitment for EPC, construction, infrastructure, and Data Centre projects. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR to define talent profiles and lead a high-volume sourcing effort across multiple channels.

You will mentor a recruiting team, manage multiple mandates, and drive closures through strong vendor relationships, direct sourcing, and networking while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure Projects / Data Centre industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to define talent requirements and candidate profiles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels (vendor partners, job boards, social media, direct sourcing) to identify candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking and events.
• Screen, assess and interview candidates to ensure fit with skills and culture.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams for a smooth process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS or similar tools.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment trends to improve techniques.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent requirements, and establish candidate profiles for various roles within Construction, EPC and Data Centre etc.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including Vendor Partners, Job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging internal and external resources.
• Screen, assess, and interview potential candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and alignment with the company's culture and values.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for all parties involved.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation using the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize sourcing strategies, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies and recruitment trends to continuously improve sourcing and talent acquisition techniques.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates, high-volume requirements, tight TATs, and geographically distributed project
