Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for EPC roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Source niche and senior technical talent through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry platforms, referrals, and passive outreach.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database for critical EPC roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities aligned to project timelines.
• Manage recruitment for office- and site-based roles, including overseas locations where applicable.
• Track recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
• Manage vendor relationships for contract/EPC site staffing and SLA management.
• Support workforce planning for project mobilization and ramp-up/down hiring.
• Drive employer branding within the engineering/EPC community.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure strong candidate experience

Job description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for EPC roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Source niche and senior technical/engineering talent through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific platforms, employee referrals, and passive-candidate outreach.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database for critical EPC roles (e.g., Project Managers, Construction Managers, Piping/Civil/Electrical Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, HSE Managers, Procurement/Contracts Managers).
• Partner with hiring managers and project leadership to define role requirements, competency frameworks, and hiring priorities aligned to project timelines and mobilization schedules.
• Manage recruitment for both office-based (design/engineering) and site-based (field/construction) roles, including domestic sites and, where applicable, overseas project locations (Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia).
• Track and report recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and pipeline health, particularly for project-critical/mobilization-critical roles.
• Manage vendor and staffing agency relationships for contract/temporary EPC site staffing, including rate negotiation and SLA management.
• Support workforce planning for upcoming project awards, including ramp-up/ramp-down hiring aligned to project milestones (FEED, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning).
• Drive employer branding and talent outreach within the engineering/EPC community.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS; ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
