Cosmos Sports in Kozhikode, India is seeking an HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Retail, Corporate and support functions. You will partner with hiring managers to fill positions within timelines and conduct candidate screenings, interviews, salary discussions and offer coordination.

The role also covers induction, onboarding, employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR tasks, with a focus on non-IT recruitment and strong Excel/HRMS proficiency.

Formación

• 2+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in Sales / Retail / Frontline hiring will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities independently.
• Energetic, proactive and people-oriented approach.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
• Full time MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
