Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist in Chennai (Nungambakkam) to handle end-to-end IT & Non-IT hiring. The role requires 1–3 years of experience and excellent communication to close niche skills.

Working hours are 9:30AM-6:30PM, full-time, with 5 days a week (Sat & Sun fixed offs). Acara Solutions is a seasoned staffing firm with a global footprint and a focus on digital hiring experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (IT & Non-IT).
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Experience using ATS and candidate sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and prepare hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on IT & Non-IT industry trends, skills, and hiring practices.
