About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead the end-to-end hiring function for our Vadodara operations. This role is critical in ensuring that we attract, assess, and hire the best talent to support our company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, particularly in the BPO industry, and a strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job requisition to onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for BPO and corporate roles.
• Partner with department heads and senior management to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage a team of recruiters, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and talent mapping.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Indian employment laws, company policies, and ethical hiring standards.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in BPO or shared services recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and hiring practices in India.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
