Alp Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Lead / Manager – Technology Hiring for Hyderabad to scale delivery, client management, business development, revenue growth, and team performance.

You will lead a 10–15 recruiter team, drive KPI-driven performance, manage key accounts, and expand new business, ensuring quality hires and SLA adherence in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role requires 10+ years in technology recruitment, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of the Hyderabad

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strong Technology Recruitment experience.
• Majority of career in Recruitment Consulting / Staffing / Executive Search / RPO.
• Strong client acquisition, account management, and business development experience.
• Strong understanding of the Hyderabad technology hiring market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology recruitment across Product, GCC, IT Services, BFSI, Digital, Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, ERP, and AI/ML.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 recruiters, ensuring productivity and delivery targets.
• Own key client relationships, stakeholder management, governance, and account growth.
• Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts through recruitment solutions.
• Drive monthly business/revenue targets.
• Ensure SLA adherence, quality hiring, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Track recruitment KPIs, revenue, profitability, and team performance.
