Job summary

DataArt in Hyderabad seeks a People & Talent Partner to lead technology recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day support for colleagues and office operations. You will own local recruitment in collaboration with account teams and staffing, source candidates, interview, and provide market feedback.

You will build Hyderabad tech-market networks, support offers and onboarding, and bring local insights to team decisions as the hub grows.
