Job summary

Manappuram Finance (MAFIL) invites an experienced Recruitment Head to lead end-to-end hiring for our Jewellery Division in Bangalore. You will drive talent acquisition strategies, manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding across retail showrooms, manufacturing units, and corporate functions.

The role focuses on recruiting for our Aurivia brands and the gold manufacturing facility located in Bangalore, ensuring timely, high-quality hires that align with business growth

Qualifications

• MBA (HR or related specialization) required.
• End-to-end recruitment management experience for jewellery retail preferred.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and onboarding across retail, manufacturing and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for jewellery showrooms, regional offices, and corporate departments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Manage offer release, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined recruitment TAT.
• Support onboarding activities and documentation verification.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment drives when required.

The role will support recruitment requirements for our jewellery brands, including Aurivia, and our gold manufacturing facility located in Bangalore, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business growth objectives.The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across retail, sales, operations, and corporate functions while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Jewellery, Retail, FMCG, NBFC, or similar customer-facing industries.
  
• Exposure to hiring for showroom sales, branch operations, and corporate roles.
