SolutionBox Insight Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive/Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard talent across retail, production, and corporate roles.

You will support building a skilled workforce aligned with the brand's luxury positioning and collaborate with the HR team on end-to-end recruitment. The role emphasizes sourcing through portals and referrals, screening candidates, and posting compelling job descriptions to attract top talent for diverse functions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Understanding of luxury or jewelry industry roles are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements from department heads (Sales, Design, Merchandising, Production, etc.).
• Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.).
• Source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, and campus tie-ups.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist quality profiles.
