Job summary

Avoir Hr Recruitment Llc-fz in Delhi is seeking professionals to join our recruitment team for immediate joiners. You will drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries, sourcing candidates through portals, databases, social media, walk-ins, and referrals, and manage client coordination through joining and onboarding.

You will screen candidates, conduct mass interview drives, and maintain recruitment trackers to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience in manpower consultancy or staffing.
• Proven ability to recruit white-collar and blue-collar roles.
• Experience with mass recruitment and large interview drives.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and candidate screening techniques.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel and recruitment trackers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions across various industries.
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, manpower needs, and candidate specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, walk-ins, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, skills, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process till joining and onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Conduct and coordinate mass interview drives and bulk hiring initiatives.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure timely achievements of hiring targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manpower consultancy or staffing company.
• Proven experience in recruiting white-collar and blue-collar positions.
• Hands-on experience in mass recruitment / bulk hiring and conducting large-scale interview drives.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and candidate screening techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment tracking systems.
• Candidates with experience handling urgent manpower requirements and high-volume hiring will be preferred.
