Job summary

3P Consultants seeks a graduate for an entry-level executive search role in Mumbai. You will support client briefings, map executives, and identify target companies while building data-driven candidate pools.

You will source resumes from databases and portals, validate interests, and prepare assignment updates. Strong communication and learning aptitude are essential for growth in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Economics, English, Psychology, Sociology, or HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to start a career in executive search.
• Ability to identify target industries and companies as guided by Partners/Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare call and video transcripts of client briefings, candidate interviews, reference checks.
• Identify target list of industries and companies based upon guidance from the Partners/ Consultants anchoring the Search.
• Map Executives across varied roles and levels in targeted organizations.
• Identify Executive coordinates and validate data.
• Source resumes from existing proprietary database / Linked In / Job Portals as per job specification.
• Interest Validation of Executives for said positions.
• Prepare detailed assignment updates.
• Accompany Partners for Industrial site visits, client briefings as and when required.
• Prepare assignment summaries.
