Job summary

Consulting Engineers Group (CEG) is seeking a Recruitment Executive in Jaipur to manage end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure and engineering projects. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, ensuring timely closures and a strong talent pipeline.

The role requires 2–7 years of experience, with a Graduate degree and MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. You will collaborate with hiring managers and maintain MIS reports to support project staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 2–7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, engineering consultancy, Metro, or Railway projects preferred.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming project requirements.
