Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Actively search and shortlist resumes daily using Naukri, Apna, Shine, and Foundit against defined job criteria.
• Candidate Engagement: Contact candidates via calls/messages to explain job profiles, pay structures, shift timings, and work locations, maintaining a healthy hiring pipeline.
• Process Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with internal recruiters and hiring teams, track candidate progress, and ensure timely attendance through step-by-step follow-ups.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Communicate with external recruitment agencies, share requirements, evaluate submitted profiles for quality, and track agency candidate pipelines through to joining.
• HR Administration: Update recruitment trackers daily, keep candidate data accurate, and support onboarding activities for selected hires.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Hands-on experience with recruitment job portals (Naukri, Apna, Shine, Foundit) through a prior HR internship.
• Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Kannada.
• Core Competencies: Solid candidate screening ability, attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and comfortable multi-tasking.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for managing recruitment trackers.
