Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years IT recruitment experience (vendor management preferred).
• Familiar with recruitment lifecycle and IT skills.
• Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and resume databases.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with vendor partners for candidate submissions.
• Review and screen candidate resumes for fit and qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and panels.
• Follow up with vendors and candidates on interview feedback and status.
• Source and shortlist profiles from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on expectations.
• Interact with US delivery teams and HR to support hiring needs and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The recruiter will also be responsible for sourcing profiles from portals like Naukri when required and ensuring seamless communication between candidates, vendors, hiring managers, and internal teams (including US delivery teams and HR).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners for candidate submissions.
• Review and screen candidate resumes to assess skills, experience, and suitability for open roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Follow up with vendors and candidates on interview feedback and hiring status.
• Source and shortlist profiles from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) as needed.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on expectations.
• Interact with US delivery teams and HR to support hiring needs and provide timely updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (vendor management experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and IT skills.
