Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in Bengaluru is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support US and India recruiting operations. You will coordinate recruiting activities, assist with postings, maintain candidate data in Workday ATS, and help ensure compliance and efficiency across teams.

The role requires at least 2 years in recruitment coordination or HR operations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with global teams and high-volume hiring is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.
  • Experience coordinating with India and US-based teams preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting module or similar ATS preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment reporting and HR systems preferred.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills preferred.
  • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting activities and tasks tasks with the US recruiting teams
  • Support recruiters with recruitment activities and process management

  • Assist with job postings, requisition management, and candidate tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes. Ensure recruiting documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
  • Partner with recruiters and HR teams to support onboarding and hiring workflows
  • Generate and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and status updates. Track hiring progress and follow up with stakeholders on pending actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Assist with recruitment projects, audits, and operational improvements as needed
