Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, emphasis in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience; project/resource management in professional services preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with conflict resolution preferred.
  • Comfort with systems, data and reporting; ability to prioritize competing assignments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various levels and handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain staff schedules using scheduling system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts; escalate as necessary.
  • Assist in managing utilization of staff and aid in meeting charge hour budgets.
  • Develop relationships with staff to understand goals, experience, and development areas.
  • Compile and analyze reports such as scheduled hours vs budget and utilization.
  • Communicate and collaborate across locations to share staff resources and best practices.
  • Coordinate with HR and leadership to communicate performance issues at all levels.
  • Identify and support efforts to continuously improve, apply innovation and lead at all levels.
  • Implement people strategies in collaboration with people team members.

Job Description

  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve simple scheduling conflicts by presenting potential solutions and escalated as necessary
  • Assist in managing utilization of staff and aid in meeting charge hour budgets
  • Develop relationships with staff to understand their goals, experience, and areas of development
  • Compile and analyze reports such as scheduled hours vs budget, utilization, projections and more to leverage resources
  • Communicate and collaborate across locations to share staff resources and best practices
  • Coordinate with HR and leadership to communicate performance issues of staff at all levels
  • Identify and support efforts to continuously improve, apply innovation and lead at all levels
  • Implement people strategies in collaboration with people team members
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, emphasis in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
