Job summary

Baker Tilly One - India LLP in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Scheduling & Resource Management Associate to optimize staff utilization across locations. You will maintain staff schedules, resolve conflicts, and support budgeted billable hours.

You will build relationships with staff, analyze reports, collaborate with HR and leadership, and help implement people strategies. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HR/Business and at least 1 year of related experience in a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in project management or resource management in a professional services industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing assignments and handle confidential information with tact.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain staff schedules using scheduling system
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve simple scheduling conflicts by presenting potential solutions and elevate as necessary
• Assist in managing utilization of staff and aid in meeting charge hour budgets
• Develop relationships with staff to understand their goals, experience, and areas of development
• Compile and analyze reports such as scheduled hours vs budget, utilization, projections and more to leverage resources
• Communicate and collaborate across locations to share staff resources and best practices
• Coordinate with HR and leadership to communicate performance issues of staff at all levels
• Identify and support efforts to continuously improve, apply innovation and lead at all levels
• Implement people strategies in collaboration with people team members
