Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Business Analytics/PMO professional to design dashboards, KPI trackers, and reports that drive leadership decisions. You will analyze data, identify trends, and guide cross-functional strategic projects from planning through execution to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years in Business Analytics, PMO, Strategy, Process Excellence, Operations, Consulting, or Transformation roles.
  • Strong data analytics and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Power Query).
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and project management methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPI trackers, scorecards, and reports to support leadership decisions.

  • Drive end-to-end planning and governance of cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Track project progress, KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization with executive reporting.
  • Partner with leaders to facilitate decision-making and governance across functions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement operational excellence initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, playbooks, and governance docs for standardization.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled reporting to boost productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPI trackers, scorecards, and reports to support business performance monitoring and leadership decision‑making.
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Drive end‑to‑end planning, governance, and execution of cross‑functional strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Track project progress, KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization while providing executive‑level reporting and updates.
  • Partner with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to facilitate decision‑making, stakeholder alignment, and effective project governance.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing operational excellence initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, playbooks, governance documentation, and process repositories to support standardization and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI‑enabled reporting, workflow digitization, and productivity improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools and analytics solutions to improve reporting, project management, stakeholder communication, and business insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analytics, PMO, Strategy, Process Excellence, Operations, Consulting, or Transformation roles.
  • Strong data analytics and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Power Query are must‑haves).
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of process mapping, process improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative thinking.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
