Job summary

Antal International Network seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant to run a productive desk from the Wakad (Pune) office. You will manage end-to-end assignments, build client and candidate relationships, and drive revenue growth across defined industry verticals.

You will source and assess candidates via multiple channels, stay abreast of market trends, and collaborate with offices across India and globally to share intelligence and mandates.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in executive search / recruitment.
• Business development and lead generation experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of English (verbal & written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with recruitment software / ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across mid to senior-level positions for assigned industry verticals.
• Develop a clear business plan and recruitment roadmap aligned with targets and present to Reporting Manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates for repeat business and partnerships.
• Source, screen, assess, and engage high-quality candidates through databases, referrals, portals and social media.
• Actively participate in social media and digital sourcing to attract talent.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and talent movements.
• Collaborate with Antal offices across India and globally to share mandates and market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate documentation on the ATS and ensure process compliance.
• Prepare and submit periodic performance and progress reports to the Reporting Manager.
• Aim for achievement of individual and team targets related to closures, revenue and KPIs.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

The role involves managing a productive recruitment desk within a specific industry or function, delivering high-quality talent solutions to clients, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across mid to senior-level positions for assigned industry verticals.
• Develop a clear business plan and recruitment roadmap in alignment with targets, and present the same to the Reporting Manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Proactively source, screen, assess, and engage high-quality candidates using multiple channels, including databases, referrals, job portals, and social media platforms.
• Actively participate in social media and digital sourcing initiatives to attract relevant talent.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, industry practices, and talent movements.
• Develop and maintain an effective professional network to track and engage niche talent.
• Collaborate with Antal offices across India and globally to share mandates, candidates, and market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation on the ATS and ensure process compliance.
• Prepare and submit periodic performance and progress reports to the Reporting Manager.
• Ensure achievement of individual and team targets related to closures, revenue, and KPIs.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline, PGDM / MBA is an added advantage. (Engineering, Science graduates preferred);
• About 2 to 4 years of experience in Executive Search / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with a proven track record. Exposure to Business Development and Lead Generation to secure new roles and clients will give you an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, confident, result-oriented, and outgoing personality.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment software / ATS.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media hiring.
• Excellent command of the English language (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory.

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week (Saturday & Sunday off)
• General office timings
• Occasional work on holidays may be required (from office or work-from-home, as per business needs)
