About the Role:

Antal International is looking for a driven Associate Consultant with 2–5 years of experience, ideally in sales or recruitment. You will manage the complete recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, and develop industry expertise while growing a profitable recruitment desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industry research and client development
• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing to onboarding
• Designing search plans, mapping, and headhunting
• Market intelligence and account management
• Data upkeep on ATS and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• MBA or relevant degree with 2–5 years of experience in sales or recruitment
• Strong communication and MS Office skills
