HypTechie is seeking a Recruiting Associate to join its Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru, India. This full-time role is perfect for fresh graduates with a passion for recruitment and strong communication skills.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience in recruitment and should be comfortable using ATS and job boards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (domestic or international markets).
• Exposure to ATS, job boards, or HCM systems preferred.
• Prior US/Canada recruitment experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including requisition creation, sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, ATS, social media, and talent databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and shortlist suitable profiles.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including requisition creation, sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, ATS, social media, and talent databases.
• Engage with candidates through calls, emails, and virtual interactions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with recruitment process guidelines.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.
